WHAT IS RPE
Rate of Perceived Exertion. A scale from 1–10 that measures how hard a set actually was. RPE 10 means nothing left. RPE 7 means you had 3 more reps in the tank.
02
HOW TO USE THIS
Your programme says 4x5 @ RPE 8. Find the 5-rep column. Find the RPE 8 row. That number is your weight for the day. No guessing. No ego. Just load the bar and go.
03
THE TABLE IS A STARTING POINT
These numbers give you a target. But if you rack up and it feels heavier than usual, drop the weight. RPE is about how hard the set actually is - not what the calculator said it should be.

The calculator is only one piece. If you're not sure how to structure your training around it, come talk to us. That's what we're here for.
